He is survived by wife of 63 years, Evelyn (Chandler) Smith of Bartlesville, OK; children, Brian (Sharon) Smith of Oilton, OK and Lynne Smith of Orange Park, FL; grandchildren, Justin (Elyse) Smith of Tulsa, OK, Heather (Dave) Willey of Phoenix, AZ, Breanna (Dillon) Ker of Broken Arrow, OK, Morgan Wright of Denver, Co; great granddaughter, Sadie James Smith of Tulsa, OK. Service will be held 3:00pm, Friday, Oct. 19, 2018 at Resthaven Mortuary.
