The Foster Grandparent Program wishes to express our deepest condolences to the family in the loss of your loved one, George Edwards.  George, aka Grandpa, devoted much of his time and patience to numerous children at Stanley Elementary school before his retirement in March of 2014. His tenure of eleven years allowed him the opportunity to positively impact many lives while volunteering.  We feel blessed to have known such a giving individual. Grandpa George will indeed be missed by many. Our prayers and thoughts are with the Edwards family during this difficult time.

So sorry for your loss.  I worked with George for many years at Dolese before he retired.  I loved his stories and he could always tell us what happened and when in Dolese history.  He was a wonderful man and will be missed.

So sorry to hear of your loss.  Randy and I worked together for many years and have remained friends every since.  He loved his dad and will really miss him as everyone will.  Glad for the good memories.  I have a little saying that I put in sympathy cards that I would like to share. "Death is a little nap you take when you are too tired to go on."  My condolences to every one.

In so sorry for your loss, Tammy has been my best friend since I was 15. I have so many memories of her grandparents.  George was an amazing man who loved and provided for her when she most needed it. My heart is hurting for the Edwards family.
