McDaniel, Glenda Lea, 84, retired administrative secretary for the City of Wichita, passed away January 29, 2011. Glenda was an avid dog lover and longtime member of the Wichita Kennel Club. She had many friends that she continued to keep in contact and had yearly lunches with former city employees. Preceded in death by her husband, James W. McDaniel; brother, Larry Gallowa; grandson, Derek Pritchett and daughter, Loyeen Pritchett. Survivors include her daughter, Penny (Ralph Jr.) Frazier of Haysville; grandchildren, Danny Omo and Nathan, Troy, Shawna and Chelsea Frazier; 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral service 1 p.m. Wednesday at Resthaven Mortuary. Contributions may be made to the Kansas Humane Society.
