Glenda Earlee (Blanchard) Phillips, age 80, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Glenda was born November 23,1944, in Wichita, Kansas to Earl Thomas Blanchard Jr. and Hope Elizabeth Robinson-Blanchard.
Glenda is survived by her children Phillip Ray Chavez and Danny Gene Phillips (Melissa); sister Faith James (Bobby); grandchildren Brayden Chavez, Bailey Chavez, Chase Chavez, Titon Phillips and Tabias Phillips; great grandchild Rosealynne Chavez.
Glenda was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Roy Phillips; father Earl Thomas Blanchard Jr; mother Hope Elizabeth Robinson-Blanchard; and brothers Gary Ray Blanchard and Daniel Earl Blanchard.

A Visitation for Glenda will be held Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E 13TH ST N, Wichita, KS 67206. A Celebration of Life will occur Friday, June 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home.
