He was born Oct. 14, 1932 in Woburn, MA to Harry Sr. and Marjorie Porter. Harry was a member of Church of the Magdalen and a Navy veteran.
Preceded in death by his parents; wife of 60 years, Dorothy; and son, Tom.
Survivors include his children, Timothy Porter, Debbie (Bob) Gertner, Todd (Kim) Porter; grandchildren, Heather (Gary) Murray, Renee Thompson, Bryan Porter, Ryan Gertner, Ashley, Alyson, Alexys Porter; 5 great grandchildren.
Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday at Church of the Magdalen. Graveside Service will be following at 1 p.m. at Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Wellington, KS.
