Farabough, Herbert Dow, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away September 4, 2015. Herbert worked for Stearman and retired after 45 years with Boeing as a manager in manufacturing. He worked on 737’s, 747’s B52s and many more. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Haysville Masonic Lodge #112. He is preceded in death by parents Dow and Agnes Farabough, wife Nora, and brothers Leroy and Robert Farabough. He is survived by son Jerry (Jo) Farabough; daughter Carol (Mac) Sullivan; brother Wesley Farabough; sister Mildred (Don) Blunk; grandchildren Daniel (Charline) Sullivan, Patrick (Tina) Sullivan, Julie (Lanon) Thompson, and Raymond (Amee) Farabough; and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday September 11th from 5-7 PM and funeral services will be held Saturday September 12th at 3:00 PM both at Resthaven Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Children’s Plane of Mercy.
