I would like to extend my sympathy to all the family and his friends.  I know it is difficult to lose one we love and are close to, but I am comforted by the person he was. Dear Davis family, I'm so sorry for your loss. He had strong opinions which he put into practice.

Although not a personal acquaintance, I so appreciated reading his editorial comment in the local paper and cannot think of one of his opinions I did not agree with.  We Democrats will miss hearing from him.

I first met Hibbart when I coached my nephew as a first grader in the OK Elementary baseball leauge. I had futher contact with him at Genesis as I played racquet ball and exercised. He always had something to say, a joke or political statement and above all a good person to talk to. Very proud parent and grandparent. I will miss seeing him and talking to him. My thoughts and prayers to his family.

Dear Joan and Family, I'm so sorry to hear of Hibbard's passing. I enjoyed conversation with him at the Presbyterian Manor where we shared breakfast with our Mothers.He spoke often of his love for his family and friends. He sure will be missed by many. God be with you all in this time of sorrow.

Dear Family, I knew Hibbard as a committed worker at the Democratic party. He was interested in people and things that would make their lives better. I know that he surely wears a crown in heaven. May God Bless and keep you all in this time of sorrow. But rejoice that you will be with him again.
