Horace “Butch” Medlin, 67 passed away on June 5, 2013.Born May 17, 1946 to Horace & Grace Medlin, in Hugo, OK. His family was everything to him. He served as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force, from 1965-68. Horace worked as a machinist at Lear Jet. Preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters. Survivors are his sister Sharron Haxton, son, Kevin Medlin, daughters, Rochelle Medlin, Kerry (Russ) Huff, Lori (Scott) Gill, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be 2-7p.m. with family present from 5-7, Monday June 10, 2013 at Hillside Funeral Home East. Funeral Service will be held 10a.m. Tuesday, at Emporia Ave. Church of Christ, 1144 S. Emporia St.
