Loucks, Jacob, 85, passed away Monday, March 5, 2012. Visitation with family and friends at 7 – 8 pm, Thursday, March 8 at Resthaven Mortuary. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday. A loving husband, father, and great-grandfather, Jacob was born April 29, 1926 on a farm in McPherson County. He served in the Army and Army Air Corps in Korea during World War II and later spent 20 years working as a journeyman tool and die maker and machinist at Cessna Aircraft. His hobbies included camping, fishing, and woodworking. He is survived by his wife Delores Loucks of 65 years, son Gregory J. Loucks, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sisters, Nora LeConte and Edna Mae Steele. He was preceded in death by his daughter Jo Lynn Weesner (Loucks) and his parents Jonas P.
