Bazil-Monk, Jacquelyn D., 69, former owner of Tastefully Yours, passed away on June 25, 2018. She was an active member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church where she was involved with the rosary making group, Sisters of Siena Alter Society, faithful adorer and volunteer at St. Anthony Family Shelter. Jacquelyn was amazing at baking, cooking, sewing and crafts. Above all, she was a devoted wife, awesome mom and best friend. She is preceded by parents, Max and Betty Bazil, sister, Janet Flores, and in-laws David E. and Edna Monk. Jacquelyn is survived by husband of 25 years, Thomas Monk; daughter, Jenifer Bazil; sister, Judy (Jerry) Decker; brother Jerry (Colleen) Bazil, brothers-in-law, Danny Flores, and David M. (Elaine A.) Monk; and numerous nieces and nephews. Rosary is 7:00 pm Monday, July 2. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Tuesday, July 3, 2018. Both services will be at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the American Diabetes Association, Kansas Humane Society, or St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
