James E. Aves

James "Jim" Aves, 101, died Sunday August 19, 2018, at Vintage Park, in Wichita, KS. He was born June 7, 1917 to Levert and Stella Aves. He married Pauline (Schauf) Aves August 19, 1943. He is survived by children, Don (Jan) Aves of Garden Plain, Geri (Red) Day of Ft. Worth and Jan (Larry) Price of Maize; grandchildren, Dee Mills of Cheney, Troy (Sandielee) Aves of Wichita, Missy (Shane) Seratt of Farewell, TX, Judd (Christina) Day of Ft. Worth, Dawn (Patrick Burns) Bishop of Wichita. Along with many great and great-great grandchildren. Rosary will be 11:00 am with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:30 am on Saturday, August 25, 2018, both at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church.
