James "Jim" F. Woody

Jim graduated from Goodland High School and later served four years for The United States Navy.

In 1989 he married the love of his life Sandy. Together they shared 33 years. Jim worked for Western Uniform and Towel in Wichita, Kansas where he retired after 18 years.

Jim was avid golf player and loved to fish. He served as an elder at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hutchinson, Kansas. He enjoyed his trike that his son Dale built for him. Jim was a family man, he loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Harold Martin, and nephew Gene Martin.

He is survived by his wife Sandy; five children Dale Woody, Patty (Michael) VanArsdale, Christie Woody, Keith (Kimberlee) Bulloch, and Timothy (Shawna) Bulloch; seven grandchildren, Cailey, Abbey, Madi, Katie, Alexander, Star, Kyle and several great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, February 5, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Sandy and Jim's home where everyone is welcome.
