Jamie Lee Chancey passed away peacefully in Wichita, KS on May 7, 2019. She is preceded in death by her father, Edward Marcy Root, and a sister, Annie Lee Wright. Jamie is survived by her husband, Jimmy Ray Chancey, mother, Jolene Smith, son, Marshall Leroy McCrea, stepdaughter, Leha Marie (Richard) DeRosia, brother Ronald Crouch, sisters Constance (Paul) Bope, Mary Perez, Virginia (Dan) Martin, Kathy Hoeme, granddaughter Mya McCrea, Maci McCrea, Hayden DeRosia, Alora DeRosia, and numerous nieces and nephews. Per Jamies request a Celebration of her Life will be held. This is being organized and will be announced at a later date. Final resting place will be at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Wichita, KS.
