Kathleen Lee Carrillo, 80, Retired Public Education Secretary, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at her home in Goddard, Kansas. She was born March 1, 1946, in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Paul and Virginia (Ballinger) Noonan.
Kathleen will be missed by her family and friends.
Public Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM ~ 11:00 AM on Friday, July 31, 2026; Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM, both at Beacon Community Church, 810 Casado Road, Goddard, Kansas 67052. Interment will be at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Goddard, Kansas, following the funeral service.
