

Kay Crockett, 68, retired pay roll clerk for Via Christi for many years went to be with her Lord on Sunday, May 12, 2013. Kay was a long time member of West Side Baptist Church and active as a Shepherd. When her children were growing up she was a leader both in girl scouts and cub scouts. She was instrumental in tracking down West High Class of 1962 alumni for the reunions. She loved reading and was a talented seamstress.
Preceded by parents Roy and Laura, sisters Judy Villa and Peggy Lichtenberg.
Survived by her loving husband of 48 years Ken, son Kevin (Jeremy Grim) of Wichita, daughter Kimberly (Robert) Stewart of Emporia, brothers Mike (Kris) Lichtenberg, Rick (Pam) Lichtenberg both of Wichita, sister Linda (Jim) Keith of Grove, OK and granddaughter Abigail Stewart.
Visitation with family 6pm-8pm, Wed. May 15 at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary. Funeral Service 1pm, Thurs. May 16 at West Side Baptist Church with burial to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
