Sonny graduated high school in 1967, then was drafted and served in the Vietnam war from 1968 to 1970. He served as a baker at Meyers Bakery for over 15 years and had perfect attendance as well. Sonny loved bowling along side Mark Conboy and Alan beat. Leonard got his first perfect game July 31 2018. He loved being outdoors helping his grandkids and enjoying them as well as fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Christina Rossman and wife, Deborah Rossman.
Sonny is survived by his son, Joey Rossman; daughter, Kimberly Tennant; and grandchildren, Austin Tennant, Tyler Tennant,Taylor Tennant, and Shelby Gardipee.
A come and go visitation will be available from 4:00PM to 7:00PM, Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Lakeview Funeral Home.
Funeral Service for Sonny will be held 2:00PM, Friday, March 3, 2023 at Lakeview Funeral Home. Burial with Military Funeral Honors will follow the service at Lakeview Cemetery in the Apostles Garden, 12100 E. 13th Street N., Wichita, Kansas 67206.
Memorial contributions in Sonny's memory can be made to the grandson, Austin Tennant.
