Retired Wichita City employee, was born on February 26, 1949 in Hugoton, Kansas. She graduated from Elkhart High School and attended Emporia State University, then married Harlan Baker on June 18, 1972 and had a son, Spencer and daughter, Erin. Linda enjoyed her work with the City of Wichita for 28 years and retired in 2013. She loved to travel with her husband and group of friends, and spend time with her children and grandchildren. In her spare time she also loved to sew and quilt. Linda is survived by husband Harlan J. of Wichita, son Spencer of Concordia, daughter Erin Evans (Joshua) and their children Brayden, Chase and Camille of Shawnee, KS. She is preceeded in death by two sisters and a brother. Remaining siblings Vera Fellers of Seattle, Jim Lesley (Loretta) of Mena, AR, Helen Williams (Ivan) of Hot Springs, AR, Sheron Addington (Jim) of Wichita, and Allan Baker of Neptune Beach, FL.
