Linda will be missed. We grew up together. We went to school together from 1st thru high school. She was always a wonderful friend. Her mother was my parents neighbor for a while until she moved in with Linda. We had good times together growing up. May peace be with you. Love Vernice Allen Johnson

We have been cousins for 60 years. What I remember most of our childhood was her “Red” hair and freckles. A true descendant of her Mom, Aunt Edith. The hair was a resemblance of her Irish spirit in always doing what she could for her family. She was Very family oriented. Could always count on her to be at family gatherings, and always had a huge hug for you. This family member will definitely be missed by the “Christy” clan. God speed cousin. You are “Home” now with all our angels. Please give Mom (Dorothy), Aunt Mary, Grandma Anna, Aunt Edith - well all the family a Huge Hug from me. Love you Linda.

I remember sitting with Linda many years ago in Granny May's apartment while everyone else was sitting with Bennie while he was passing. I had to stay at the apartment because Emily was a baby and was asleep. Linda and I visited the entire evening and she made what was a very sad night go by more easily. You will be missed Linda!
