Lois Elaine (Ellinger) Pywell

Pywell, Lois Elaine (Ellinger), 72, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, joined her heavenly family on August 30, 2018. Lois was born to Floyd and Elizabeth Ellinger on October 1, 1945, in Wichita, Kansas, and married her high school sweetheart, LeRoy Pywell, on July 24, 1969. She worked at Learjet and Boeing for 26 years combined and retired from Boeing in 2007. Lois enjoyed collecting sunflowers, and sewing pillowcases, blankets, and doll clothes. Her true passion and the driving force in her life was her family. She was a selfless, big-hearted and caring person. She centered her days around making sure her household was in exemplary loving and working order, her family was well fed, and all their needs were met no matter how great or small. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all those that knew her. Lois is survived by husband of 49 years, LeRoy Pywell; daughters, Polly (Jeremy) Rolofson, of Gardner, KS, Jamie (Brian) Rowan of Great Bend, KS, and Cindy (Aaron) Wiechman of Lakeway, TX; 11 grandchildren, Cameron Williams, Keaton Wiechman, Tatum Wiechman, Jaeden Rolofson, Sethan Rolofson, Jolaine Rolofson, Caden Rowan, Suzette Rolofson, Caylee Rowan, Cayman Rowan, and Mason Wiechman; and 1 great-grandchild, Lucas Wiechman; sister, Bonnie Jenkins of Wichita, KS; brothers, George (Susann) Ellinger of Wichita, KS, and Roger Ellinger of Olathe, KS; brothers and sisters-in-law, Florann Young of Meridian, ID, Beverly Barr of Nampa, ID, George (Carolin) Pywell of Zurich, KS, Richard (Carol) Pywell of Palco, KS, Wilma (Dale) Hiser of Cleveland, TN as well as many other family members and friends to cherish her memory.
