Marion E. Engelstad

Marion E. Engelstad (Bosely) passed away September 18, 2021 at the age of 96. Marion was born on February 6, 1925 in Crewe, Virginia to Dallas and Effie Bosely. She had two brothers and five sisters. She moved to Wichita, Kansas in 1951 and met her husband Morris, while working at Boeing. Marion had a very fulfilling life raising three daughters. She was involved in her church and volunteering. Marion's favorite activity was playing bridge and rummy with her friends and family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Morris Engelstad, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews. She is survived by daughters Teresa Wilson, Oklahoma City, OK, Sandra Renard (Curt), Wichita, KS, Karen Coe, San Antonio, TX. Seven Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren; Kaylie Keen (Nick) Carter of Stillwater, OK. Ryan Benton and Blake Benton of Wichita, KS, Lauren Walsh (Sean) Addison, Parker, Mason of Andover, KS. Jennifer Lickteig (Nate), Jordan Stroike, and Austin Stroike of San Antonio, TX.

Viewing will be held on Monday, September 20th from 5pm-7pm at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt, 201 S. Hydraulic, Wichita. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 21st at 12:30pm at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church 1101 N River Blvd, Wichita, KS 67203. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Wichita.
