Whenever his kids needed him, with no hesitation he was on his way regardless if he was on a bike or on foot. He enjoyed working on electronics and making them new again. If our cars needed fixed he was the first one to come and always knew what to do. He was a jack of all trades that's for sure. He could fix your car, your computers/phones or anything in your house. My dad was the light in our life and he will be forever with us in spirit and in our hearts. You were with me during my first breath and i got to be with you for your last.. Until we meet again, we will carry your legacy with us.
Mark is preceded by his mother Jean Joan Jelley; father Clovis Carl Jelley; brothers Carl Andrew Jelley and Jeffrey Lynn Jelley. He is survived by sons Jesse Wayne Jelley and Joshua Lee Jelley; daughters Amanda Jean Jelley and Alexis Dawn Jelley; grandchildren Adriana Jelley, Darrell Allen Jr., Serenity Allen, Jacey Roller Jr, Lylianna Allen, and Alaina Roller.
