Mark F. Whinery, 60, passed away November 5, 2017, at home surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer. He retired from Spirit Aerosystems as an NC Programmer after 35 years. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Robert Whinery. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Sherry (Durham), son Michael (Lacie) Whinery, daughter Hayley Whinery and mother Wilma Whinery. Visitation will begin at 10am on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017 at Lakeview, with funeral service following at 11am.
