Marvin R. Keeler

Keeler, Marvin R., 84, of Wichita, KS peacefully passed away Sun., Apr. 1, 2018 in Wichita. Marvin was born the son of Clyde and Lena (Hamar) Keeler on July, 7, 1933 in Valentine, Nebraska. Marvin and Monica Keeler were united in marriage on July 1, 1987 in Phoenix, AZ. Together they celebrated 31 years of marriage. Marvin served honorably in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. He retired from State Farm Insurance after 30 years. Survivors include his loving wife, Monica Keeler, children, Allen Keeler of Corpus Christi, TX, Lisa (Jerry) Bookter of Wichita, KS, Kim (Dwight) Patrick of Rochester, IL, Chris Fulkerson of Melbourne, Australia; siblings, Lonnie Keeler of Arapahoe, NE, Ben (Gail) Keeler of Cheyenne, WY, Ann Swanson of Houston, TX, Ruby Keeler of McCook, NE, grandchildren, Jason Marquart, Shaun Middleton, Jeremy Keeler, Crystal Keeler, Alexander Keeler, Camron Jiannoni, Joseph Jiannoni, Virginia Fulkerson, Wyatt Fulkerson and great-grandchildren, Jacob Weller, SGT Corey Marquart USMC, Brandon Marquart, Olivia Marquart, Amelia Jiannoni, Salvatore Jiannoni, Joseph Jiannoni. He was preceded in death by his parents. Celebration of Life Services will be 10:00 a.m. on Thurs. Apr. 5, 2018 at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita 67206. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Marvin Keeler Memorial Fund for recognition at The Veterans Memorial Park, c/o of Lakeview Funeral Home (all additional funds will be donated to local veteran's organizations).
