Bestgen, Mary E., 65, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Friday November 10, 2017 in Wichita. Mary was born the daughter of Ray and Emy Sellers on February 20, 1952 in Oakland, California. Mary and Keith Bestgen were united in marriage for over 45 years. Mary retired after 30 years as an LPN. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, husband. Survivors include her loving children; Christopher Bestgen of Wichita, Melissa (Bryce) Hempe of Goddard, KS, Angela (Jeramy) Fowler of Wichita, brother; David (Linda) Sellers of Wichita, granddaughters; Amber, Brooke and Taryn Hempe and Marlee Fowler and niece; Rebecca (Jeremy) Torres. Celebration of Life service will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday November 16, 2017 at Ascension Lutheran Church, 842 N. Tyler Rd., Wichita, KS. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Wichita. Memorials can be made to Ascension Lutheran Church or American Cancer Society.
