Mary E. Matthew

Mary E. Matthew, age 83, retired Bernina of America sales rep and past Midwest Sewing Center employee, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Mary was born on December 30, 1930, the daughter of Hugh F. and Pearl M. (Garland) Green. On February 20, 1950, she married Jack Mills Matthew, in Wichita. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband; children, Christopher Matthew, Angela Weeks, and Mary Michelle Matthew; brothers, Anthony, Hugh, Jr., William, James, Daniel, Gerald, Andrew, and Martin Green. Survivors include: children, Toni (John) Siler, Tucson, AZ, Theresa Matthew King, Glendale, CA, Carol (Ronnie) Minton, Andover, Shawn (Liz) Matthew, Wichita, Brian Matthew, Cumming, GA; brothers, Bob (June) Green, Memphis, TN, Michael (Theresa) Green, Tucson, AZ; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Recitation of the Rosary 10:30 a.m. with Funeral Mass 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 15, at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, Andover.
