Nhi Tu Banh

Nhi Tu Banh was laid to rest on March 20, 2020 in the city of Wichita, KS. She was born Jan 2, 1929 in Viet Tri, Vietnam to Hing Peng & Wang Xhiang. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anderson Chau; daughter, Hang Chau; and brothers, Kiong & Lucky Peng. She is survived by her daughters, Yen & Linh Chau, and Nga Nguyen; along with son, Su Chau. She had many grandchildren: Bao (Linda) Pham, Trung (Jen) Pham, Mei Pham, Kim Chau, Loan Chau and many others in Vietnam. She had 6 great-grandchildren in United States along with others in Vietnam. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and most importantly a devout Catholic. She was extremely intelligent and fluent in many languages including Chinese, Vietnamese, and Laos. She was a brave woman who overcame many obstacles to bring her family to United States in search for a better life. Our family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Victoria Falls for providing her such great care.
