Orlan Joe "Bud" Mullen, age 92, retired diesel mechanic with Ritchie Corp., passed away on March 6, 2021. He was born December 21, 1928 to Orlan L. and Madge (Justice) Mullen in Garfield, Kansas. Orlan served in the United States Navy and belonged to the Wichita Masonic Lodge #99, American Legion 40/8, American Legion Post 4 and VFW Post 3115. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara Mullen; daughter, Cynthia Mullen; sons, Steven Mullen and Orlan Mullen; and brother, Gene Mullen. Orlan is survived by his son, Scott Mullen; daughters, Marilyn Liebsch and Maureen Wettig; 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. A come and go visitation will be held from 1PM-5PM, Friday, March 19, 2021, with Funeral service will be held 1PM, Saturday, March 20, 2021, both at Resthaven Mortuary. Interment to follow the service in Resthaven's Garden of Love.
