Patricia Ann (Kernen) SAFSTROM, age 77, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Friday May 15, 2020. Patricia was born August 7, 1942 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Winifred Hutchinson-Kernen and William Kernen.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Frederick Safstrom; sons Gary Safstrom (Dana Stanfill), and Brian Safstrom; daughter Patti Safstrom; brothers William Kernen (Carol), and Robert Kernen (Karen); sisters Jenny Kernen, and Kathy Pickering; grandchildren Stephen Safstrom, Jami Safstrom, Reba Safstrom, and Scott Safstrom; and 4 great grandchildren.

Patricia was preceded in death by; son William Safstrom; father William Kernen and mother Winifred Hutchinson-Kernen.

The family will be having a private celebration of life at Lakeview Funeral Home.
