His enthusiasm is what I miss. He was always so excited to talk with me and others in his life, I know. We will always miss you and yet you are with us each day. Thank you Paul for being that bright angel in our world while we needed your light.

I did not know that Paul Levy passed away more than a year ago. Yesterday, I was tried to see if I could send a note to him to reacquaint with him.
Paul was my Vocational Counselor at Kansas Department of Social & Rehabilitation Services (SRS). He tremendously helped me in my work at SRS. When I was having issues with management he was always there to advice me. I remember the day when I dropped out to his office and Adrian (Adrian is a male if I remember well)was there with him. Adrian wrote a note on Paul's office door that said: "No girl allowed", and Paul introduced him to me as his son.
Paul was wrongly fired from SRS for approving services for one of his clients and because of his dedication to serve without distinction and bias all of his clients.
PAUL WAS THE ETIPOME OF UNSELFISHNESS.

Thank you so much for raising me to be the person I am today. You gave me the best life I could of asked for and left me with a strong future. You will forever be in my heart. I always have tiny flash backs of memories I had with you and I wish we could have made more.

Very sorry to hear of Paul's passing. I have fond memories of my childhood with Steve, Paul and their parents. Donna and I wish to convey our deepest sympathies to the Levy family.

Paul I was blessed to work with you many years ago at ILRC and have a lot of dear memories. I will always admire the dedication you showed to every walk of life. You always put a smile on my face when I saw you...RIP my dear friend

I had the pleasure/privilege of working with Paul when he works for vocational rehabilitation services. I was both a co-worker and later his supervisor.

One of the things that I admired about him, was his desire and dedication to his clients. He strove to provide them the best service possible while offering them as many options as needed for them to be successful in the job they felt they could do. He was a very strong client advocate and was quick and usually always willing to go above and beyond in an effort to assure their success. He strove to show them ways in which their dreams could be realized! He would test the waters not in an effort to change the rules but to look for alternative routes for their success. His compassion understanding and desire to make their life better shown through in all that he worked to accomplish with them. His presence will be missed, but the legacy of his many successes will be long remembered!

So sorry to hear about the passing of Paul. I have good memories of him when I worked at SRS in an office across from his. He was always willing to lend a helping hand . We had a fun day when he helped me with a building project at my home. I will think of him often.

Paul was a "spark" in the world that seems to offer darkness.   I am not sure he ever understood his significance, however it was felt deeply by those who needed it the most.  Paul sparked the way for so many with his unique encourangement and motivation.  We now feel empty without his chuckles and quirkey smiles. I have not seen or talked to Paul in quite some time,  but his spark has never left my heart. Paul was a wounded warrior. He knew pain, challenge and sorrow.  Yet he enhanced our world with a loving kindness that will remain on as his legacy.
My dear friend, Paul, may your spark forever light the stars and may the Universe bring you PEACE.  Travel on my friend,  your work here was remarkable!

Paul was very unusual in the way he made everyone around him feel special. I will never forget the way he was so successful with so many of his VR clients primarily because he knew how to support others, encourage them, and motivate others to move forward. He always had a smile and will be missed by so many.

Rest in peace dear sweet Paul Robert. Your life on this earth was a short one...way too short. Your pain has gone away now, and you are safe in the arms of The Lord. The memories of you, I have as that young little boy I knew, will remain with me always in my heart! Aunt Micki

I had the honor and pleasure of working with Paul at Kansas SRS for almost three years. Paul was an excellent counselor, and he always was willing to go the extra mile for his clients. There are many people in Kansas today who owe their independence and livelihood to Paul's work with them. He was such an excellent VR Counselor that he was awarded Kansas' Counselor of the Year award in 2006. Besides being an excellent counselor Paul was also a great friend to have. We enjoyed many laughs together,, and I will always remember what a good person and great friend he was. My condolences to his family--he left all of us too soon! Rest well, Paul Levy, and may God's Perpetual Light Shine Upon You!
