Paul is preceded in death by his parents; son, Bruce Seward; daughter, Celine Binkley-Seward; brothers, Edward Seward and Alan Seward; and sister, Dorothy Bradbury.
He is survived by his loving wife, Cecile Seward; daughter Lydie (Roger) Terry; brother, Richard Seward; and grandchildren, Blair Terry, Blaine Terry, Evan Binkley, and Cameron Binkley.
Services will be held in the chapel at Resthaven Mortuary on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.
