

He served as a Naval Ensign during World War II in the South Pacific, received a degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas in 1948, and was a graduate of Wyandotte High School in Kansas City. He also served as city editor of the Abilene Reflector-Chronicle, editor of the Kansas Farmer Stockman magazine, became an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America, was a charter member of the PRSA-Kansas chapter, and held numerous positions during a career in public relations.
Preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Dianne, Paul is survived by his oldest son Kenneth Zeh; two grandchildren; and he also had two deceased younger sons, David and Randy.
Paul was an active member of his community. He was a lifelong member of Wichita Lions Club, charter member of Ascension Lutheran Church, and charter member of Suburbanites Community organization in west Wichita. Paul remained active playing bridge, tennis, and bowling.
Paul faced death and his mortality as he did his life, with courage, humility, and a deep sense of spiritual faith.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to Ascension Lutheran Church, 842 N. Tyler Road, Wichita, Kansas 67212, where he and his family were charter members.
A visitation for Paul will be held Friday, June 9, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209. A funeral service will occur Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Ascension Lutheran Church, 842 N. Tyler Road, Wichita, KS 67212.
