Carr, Phyllis Virgilene, Dec. 23, 1917 to Feb. 21, 2015. A Wichita resident for 71 years died in Emporia, Kansas. Preceded in death by her parents and three siblings and husband, Leonard Laurel Carr. Her survivors are Jacqueline Kay (James N.) Glenn, granddaughter, Gina Michelle (J. Scott) Gregory; great grandchildren, Anna K. and Andrew Gregory and dear, dear friend Sharon. Funeral service is 1:00 pm Tuesday, March 3 at Resthaven Mortuary with visitation 1 hour prior to service.
