Foster, Ramona “Billie”, 90, retired WSU accounting clerk, went to be with the Lord on May 24, 2012. Ramona was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Foster. She is survived by her children, Dennis D. (Helen M.) Foster of Troy, KS, Bonnita (Gary) Coon of Nickerson, KS and Pamela Campbell of Wichita; 8 Grandchildren; 24 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren. Service to be held at Resthaven Mortuary, Friday, June 1, 2012 at 1:00 pm.
