Ramona was preceded in death by her brothers, Max Oyler and Ray Oyler, and her sister, Glendis Oyler. She was also preceded by husbands, Robert Screen, Bobby A. Doss, and Lewis A. Mirt, Boyfriend, Marvin Coon and long time partner John McCarrier. Her surviving siblings include Glenn Oyler, Veta Gossman, Vonia Rein, Rex Oyler, and Ronda Penn.
Ramona was a devoted mother to her children, Belinda Screen Siemiller (Steve), Kevin Wayne Screen, and Jayson Karr Screen. She was also a cherished grandmother to Bobby Apeiron (Shanlee), Blaine Siemiller, McKayla Siemiller, Nellie Screen, Nathan Screen, and Riley Screen. Her legacy continues through her great-granddaughter, Asteri Apeiron and many nieces and nephews.
Ramona spent her early life in Ingalls in rural Finney County and graduated in 1957 from Cimarron High School. She furthered her education at Dodge City Junior College. Her professional career included working as a manager at Southwestern Bell and ATT, where she was known for her dedication and leadership.
In her personal life, Ramona enjoyed dancing, playing cards, traveling, and participating in her grandchildren's activities. She was skilled in sewing and crocheting.
Ramona's life was marked by her love for her family and her commitment to her community. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
