Ray Orval Stinson

On August 30, 1950 Ray married the love of his life Jetta Joan Wolf. Together they raised their three daughters in Wichita, Kansas and were blessed with grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends throughout their 72 years of marriage.

Ray served honorably in the United States Army from 1951 to 1954 including time in Korea.

Ray was known by many names, Buddy, Orval, Dad, and Grandpa.

Ray is survived by his daughters Terri Renee Laetari (Mark A.) and Teena Radine Armstrong; sisters Marie Alta Turner and Leatha Tretha Berends; grandchildren Stephanie Marie Mount, Allison Annette Armstrong (Greg Ledford), Matt Aaron Laetari, Renee Alynn Laetari; great grandchildren Cara, Kailin, Kristina, Corbin, Jeffrey, Sean, and Gabriel; and grand puppies Clover, June Bug, Arlee, Roary and Zoey.

Ray was preceded in death by his wife Jetta Joan Stinson; daughter Tanya Rae Harris; son-in-law William Allan Armstrong; parents; and siblings Effie Blanch Misak, Ruth Elner Berends, Lesley Albert Stinson and Joe Eldon Stinson.
