

age 78, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021. Richard was born March 13, 1943 in Mercer, Missouri to Gerald Lowell and Alta Merle (McKinney) McIntosh. He was the youngest of 13 children.
Richard joined the United States Army where he was stationed in Germany and was a Radio Operator for 3 years. Richard worked at Boeing where he later retired after 20 years.
Lee was a member of the VFW Post 3115. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved the KC Chiefs, hunting, camping, fishing, reading, music, and watching Jeopardy & Wheel of Fortune.
He is preceded in death by his parents Gerald & Alta (McKinney) McIntosh; siblings Virginia Kathleen McIntosh Wilson, Mattie Juanita McIntosh Greenup, Theodore "Ted" McKinney McIntosh, Ruby Ruth McIntosh Reed, James "Jimmy" Reed McIntosh, Hobert Eugene "Gene" McIntosh, Mary Opal McIntosh Lowe, Jerry Kenneth McIntosh, Gary Thomas "Tommy" McIntosh, Danny Joe McIntosh, and Walter Max McIntosh
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Juanita McIntosh of 26 1/2 years; children Lona (Doug) Gregory of Texas, Curt McIntosh of Kansas, Shawna Duff of Kansas, and Nicole Hosenbackez of Florida; 1 brother Arlan Leon McIntosh; 7 grandchildren Jeff McIntosh, Raven Herrick, Crystal Johnson, Hunter McIntosh, Lexi Duff, Zoe Gregory, and Kelby Trautman; 10 great grandchildren and numerous niece and nephews.
A visitation for Lee will be held Friday, January 14, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209.
