Rick and i worked together for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) for several years.  Rick was great to work with.  He always maintained a steady course which served him well when dealing with service members of employers.  My thoughts an prays are with you and your family.

Ricky was such a wonderful man. Even in his worst times, he never had a negative thing to say. He loved life to the fullest, and always had a smile on his face! He brought laughter wherever he went, and the world will not be the same without him. He was truly loved by many, and will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family, and his many friends during this difficult time.

To the family of Rick Storm: I knew and worked with Rick through Kansas Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.  He was such a sweet and kind man. He welcomed us into his home for events. He was always there to get the job done with a smile. He showed me such support as a fellow member of KS ESGR.  I think one of my favorite memories of Rick is when he brought his little dogs to our out-of-town meetings.  They were so cute, and he took such good care of them. But that is who Rick was; a loving soul who cared about others including his fur babies.  Thinking of you all as you celebrate the life of this dear man. Sending warm wishes to you all. 

Rick was one of the first people I met when I transferred to Wichita 23 years ago.  He was a best friend and someone that helped me tremendously during my final years in the military and civil service. He was a great friend to have.

So sorry to read this news. We served with Rick at the 89th ARCOM.  Lost touch, which has happened with so many from those years. Prayers for all the family.

Ricky was a dear sweet man. I never saw him in a bad mood. He was always happy and cutting up.
I will always remember his laughter and his gestures! I was lucky to call him cousin!
One of my favorite memories of him was when I was a kid and we went to the grocery store. 
He told me to hop on the cart and he ran through the store laughing with me holding on for dear life and loving it… Lol
This is how he lived life!
Heaven has gained a dear soul and I am happy he is in the arms of loved ones.

My sincere condolences to Rick's family snd friends. I had the great opportunity to work with Rick at the 89th RSC for many years. We would have great talks together and working on projects. Rick was smart and knew how to work with our Soldiers to accomplish our missions. He was easy to work with and had a great attitude. He will be missed for sure.
