Bob, as he was known to his family, was born November 2, 1937 to Samuel Gough, Jr. and Ruth Aguirre. Bob enlisted in the Air Force June 13, 1960 and was a Staff Sergeant with the 384th Air Refueling Wing. Bob married Rosalina Gough and had a Daughter, Rose Roachell. Bob retired from active duty in July of 1980.
Bob is survived by his wife, Rosalina Gough, daughter, Rose Roachell, Brother, Roy Gough, brothers in law, Pete and wife Josie, Luis and wife Daisy, Jessie and wife Imee, Eduardo and husband Rocke, sister in law Elvira, nieces and nephews Allan, Ariel, Richard, Ryan, John, Danielle, Julian.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 15, 2024, with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary to follow at 6:00 P.M., both at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, Kansas.
Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 A.M. on Friday, February 16, 2024, also at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel, Wichita. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, in the Garden of Lord's Prayer, with McConnell Air Force Military Honor Guard.
