Robert Dale Todd

Bob passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the age of 81 in Wichita, Kansas. He was born to Ira “Bill” and Hildegard Todd on April 11, 1945, also in Wichita. He had two siblings, Jim Todd and Barbara Schardein.

Bob made a living as a very successful salesman and was part of the Optimist Club for many years. He was also enlisted in the Navy. He enjoyed playing golf, corvettes and was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church for many years.

Bob is survived by his wife, Elaine Todd; brother, Jim (Pat) Todd; sister, Barbara Schardein; daughter, Katie Todd; stepsons, Lonnie Awtrey, Cary Awtrey, Gene Awtrey; grandchildren, Brennan O’Rourke,

Alexis Schulze-Todd, Madilyn Bingham, Austin Awtrey, Regan Awtrey, Colton Awtrey, Kayla Awtrey; great grandchildren, Lilly and Ava; one niece; five nephews and his beloved dog, Buddy.

Bob was always smiling, never met a stranger and was always a jokester. He loved to laugh and enjoyed making others laugh as well.

A visitation will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026, from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm with funeral services at 1:00 pm and committal to follow all at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W Hwy 54, Wichita, Kansas 67209.
