Loiacono, Rocco “Rocky”, 92, retired machinist for Learjet, passed away April 19, 2013. Rocky was a member of Knights of Columbus and a WWII Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife Ginger in 2007. His survivors are son, E.J. “John” (Kathy) Loiacono; daughter, Raechel “Rae” (Tom) Kirk all of Wichita; brother, John (Florence) Loiacono of Long Island, NY; sister, Mary Buda of Long Island, NY; grandchildren, Melissa (Dale) Knoeber, Kimberly (Brent) Parsons, David (Heather) Loiacono, Matthew Kirk; great grandchildren, Alexander, Zachary and Johnathan Loiacono, Lauryn Knoeber and Dane Parsons. Rosary is 7:00 pm Monday with family receiving friends 6 to 7 pm and Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00 am Tuesday, April 23 all at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
