Rodney Allen With, 76, died August 22, 2026. Born May 16, 1950, Rodney’s life was marked by steady strength, quiet perseverance, and the kind of patience that shows up day after day—especially when it matters most.
Rodney is a graduate of Southeast High School and he attended Wichita State University.
Rod retired on May 30, 2026, after 51 years with IBT. That long arc of work reflected more than endurance—it spoke to his work ethic rooted in responsibility, resilient presence that colleagues and customers could count on.
Rod married Pat Jones on January 26, 1980. They had a solid partnership for 46 years. Rod was a kind and gentle man and had a deep love for animals who brought comfort and companionship to their home.
Rod was predeceased by his parents, Dorothy and Ivan With.
Rod is survived by his wife, Pat Jones-With; his son, Christopher; and his brother, Richard.
A Memorial Service will be held on September 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E 13th St. N. Wichita, Kansas 67206.
