I met Roger at Center, we worked together for a few years. We would always talk aliens, conspiracy theories, Smokey the Bear, life travels/experiences or just the day to day. He always said “you either like me or you don’t”   Well I liked him tremendously and miss having our chit chats. Attitude wise, he and I were a lot a like. There is a void now at Center without him. I am glad that he is in a better place but we sure do miss him here. RIP Roger and keep on being you. 

Roger,
There are so many memories we shared.  After I heard about your leaving us I sat there for 3 hours as the memories washed over me and I lived my entire life over again.
I would like to describe who you were for those less fortune then I was who didn't get to know you like I did.
You had an unmistakable presence when you walked into a room.  You always seemed larger then life.  No one could have asked for or received a more loyal friend then you.  You had the intelligence of a scholar the creativity and imagination of an artist and a sense of humor that captured the smiles of everyone around you.  
You accepted everyone who through divine intervention crossed your path and you were allways a pillar to support those around you when they were beaten down by life.  
You inspired so many people and your influence on their lives have been passed on to their children as well.
As I write this with the pain of knowing there will be no more memories to write I am aware that my efforts to capture who you are fall pitifully short and that saddens me as well.  
I truly hope you find the time to look down on us as we remember you tomorrow, next week, next year and all the next years we have left until the day comes when we can hear your booming voice and see you looming before us welcoming us again. 
You take a part of all of us with you and a part of you will always be with us.
Goodbye my friend until our tomorrow's once again become our todays.


Roger, my lifelong friend. We have been through so much. My earliest memory was Soul Man. Then there were jam sessions at Cheney. Going out to Andover to listen to the band. Playing quarters in the basement. Working out to Jane Fonda. Your move with Pacesetter and Paul and I coming to see you in Mo. There was Hobbs the cat and "adventures with Hobbs". Foreigner and Styx and on and on I could go. Always willing to help my mother with her porch and stairs. You were such a loving and giving person. Im sorry you won't be here for more memories with us. So, so very sorry. Let the love of God flow through you where you are. Peace in.

Roger was my best friend growing up. We met in the 5th grade, brought together my a mutual love for Science Fiction. When he got a job at Joyland, that became my first job too. When he picked up guitar, so did I. We played well together and started a band that I was convinced would be touring arenas some day. He was the absolute BEST best-friend anyone could have. I wish I would have been the kind of friend to him that he was to me. Sadly, I was not, and a few years after high school our friendship was over. Still, many of my best memories growing up are connected to him, and I feel honored and blessed to have known him.  Rest In Peace Roger.

Roger will be missed. I worked with him at Learjet and Center industries. He was always smiling and working to get everyone around him to do the same. RIP my friend.

Roger will be missed around here at Center. He was such a great and caring guy.  I had the pleasure of knowing Roger as a coworker and a personal friend over the years. These past few years have been hard on him, medically. I am sad he has passed but find peace in knowing he is not suffering anymore. Rest in Peace my Friend, until we meet again.
