Hand, Rose Ann, 77, former nursing home administrator, passed away April 13, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Willie "Bill" Irene Risenhoover and brother John Risenhoover. Rose is survived by husband Glen; sons, Rex (Teresa), Kenneth and Dale (Irene) Hand; grandchildren, Cynthia and Mariah Hand. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2013 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm and funeral service at 10:00 am Wednesday, April 17, 2013, both at Resthaven Mortuary.
