Warhurst, Rose Marie, 81, retired nurse, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Oct. 19, 2010. She was a longtime member of Riverwalk Church of Christ, formerly Central Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband DeRoy in 2004 and brother Stanley Matous. Survivors are son Richard of Bismark, ND; daughter Kathy (Paul) Wood of Wichita; brothers John (Elda) Matous of Wichita, Jim (Naomi) Matous of Texas; sister-in-law Nancy Matous; grandchildren Lori (David) Davis, Bryan (Chrissy) Wood, Tami (Russell) Rauh, Juli Sinner, Tara McDonald, Kyle Warhurst, Meghan Warhurst, Rachel Warhurst, Amanda Warhurst; great grandchildren Ashlyn, Lorin, Hanna, Matthew, Braeden, Skyleigh and Jayda; Viewing is Fri. 12 to 8 pm with family receiving 6 to 7 pm and funeral service is 10:00 am Sat., Oct. 23 at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel. Memorial in lieu of flowers with Riverwalk Church of Christ Campaign.
