Roy "Dale" Wilcox

Dale loved cars and his career was driving. He worked in parking garages, drove cement and dump trucks for various companies in Wichita, car transports, and for local auto auctions. Throughout that, Dale delivered cars for auto dealers, including being owner and operator of Dale's Drive-Away Service as well as Dale's Hubcaps, selling hubcaps he picked up along the road to local used car dealerships.

Dale is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Marilyn; parents Roy and Opal Wilcox; sisters Maxine Wilcox and Norma Boles; sons Steven and Lewis Wilcox and Lewis' wife Debra; grandson John Henry McDaniel.

He is survived by sister Lois Duncan; children Ron (Pamala) Wilcox, Myrna Feller, Raymond (Pam) Wilcox, and Cyndi (Tim) Powell; 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 2-3pm with family present Saturday March 5th with Memorial Service to follow at 3pm at Resthaven Mortuary.
