Armstrong, Russell F, 87, was born September 30, 1925 and passed away December 29, 2012. He was retired from Utility Contractors, Inc. where he worked as a bridge construction supervisor for 30 years. Russell was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes J. Brown/Armstrong and brother, Harold Armstrong. He is survived by his stepsons, Daniel L. Brown (wife Kay Loepp) and Gerald W. Brown (wife Judy Flener-Brown) and two brothers. Visitation 2-4 p.m. Tuesday and funeral service 3 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013 both at Resthaven Mortuary.
