Russell Vaughn Moore, 55, beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away March 8, 2016. He is survived by mother, Beverly Busby; father, Ralph Moore; sisters: Robin New and Shawn Moore; as well as numerous family members and friends. He was laid to rest at Resthaven Gardens of Memory March 16th, 2016 and his memorial service will be held at a later date. He will be dearly missed.
