Fiegel, Ruth Helen (Cooper), 84, homemaker, passed away November 1, 2012. Ruth was a former retail manager and former member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jerome “Jerry”; daughters, Debora A. Moore of Wichita, Linda Jo Ratcliff of Palm Desert, CA, Barbara S. (Bobbie) Thomas of Wichita; half brothers, Jerry Barnes, Larry Barnes; half sister, Margaret Foster; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Rosary is 7 p.m. Monday and Mass of Christian Burial 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, both at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association.
