She was the first of four daughters, her sisters are Katherine, Pharaby and Marion.
Sandra grew up in California and Wichita, Kansas having graduated high school at Wichita North. She worked in the aircraft industry for many years.
She met Richard Clements and was married to him for 40 years until his passing in 2000. From her marriage with Richard came 3 children, son Steven (Brandi), daughters Kim and Loretta (Darrell); 6 grandchildren Dylan (Diana), Mandi (Christopher), Penny (Ryan), Krysti (Dustin), Dusty and Coby; 12 great-grandchildren; close friends and their children, all of whom she dearly loved.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard D. Clements, her parents Merle and Vera Welch and Keith Haro.
Visitation and viewing will be Monday, February 1, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Lakeview Funeral Home. Graveside service follows at Lakeview Cemetery. Her final resting place will be in the Garden of Meditation.
