Sandre was born on August 20, 1941, to Juanita and Tom Elberson in Sedgwick, Kansas, where she grew up with her sister and best friend, Beverly (Elberson) Cooper.
At age sixteen, Sandre married her husband Richard Krehbiel of Halstead, Kansas, on July 29, 1958. Over the course of 67 years, they built a beautiful life together. Sandre leaves behind her husband, Richard Krehbiel; daughter, Sundie Campbell; sons, Shawn Krehbiel and Shane Krehbiel; her grandchildren, Ryan Moussavi, Cassie Goode (Joe), Bryndon Moussavi, Nathan Krehbiel (Amanda), Sheena Kothe (Trey), Torrie Koehler (Evan), Skyler Krehbiel (Courtney), Tollie Rupe and Jessica Krehbiel; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Sandre devoted her life to her family, always putting the needs of the ones she loved before her own. A supportive wife, nurturing mother and the most loving mema/great mema. Sandre will be remembered by her fierce, bubbly personality which always brought smiles to the ones who knew and loved her.
A come and go visitation will be Friday, January 10th, 2025, from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Lakeview Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 11th, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 East 13th Street North, Wichita, Kansas 67206.
